The online self-help program
People with HIV often suffer from depressive symptoms. This online self-help program is designed specifically for people with HIV, and is aimed at reducing depressed mood.
People will work on improving their mood by working on lessons and assignments. The program is completely online and takes 6-8 weeks (1-2 hours a week). The program can be followed at times and places which suit you. There is regular contact with a coach.
The online program is offered in a secure environment. The study is completely anonymous.
